An AI agent that works on your own Dataverse data

The idea

A generic chat knows nothing about your work. In JTS Project, the agent receives a live snapshot of your customers, projects and tasks stored in Dataverse and answers about them.

What it can do

• Answer questions like “which tasks are overdue this week?” with real data.
• Create or update records: the model proposes the action and the app executes it against Dataverse.
• Work together with voice capture: Whisper.net (or Vosk, offline) transcribes the audio and the text turns into tasks.

What I learned

• Dataverse as the single source of truth simplifies a lot: there is no local database to sync.
• The model proposes and the app decides: writes always go through the app’s code, never straight from the LLM.
